1. Our Role

We at WellnessAyur.com are solely responsible for making your bookings at different spa services, hotels, and recovery retreat venues we offer on our site. We do not entertain any other services apart from making your bookings. We will assist you in your booking procedure and issues related to it only.

2. Definitions

Know the meaning of the following terms:

  • You must check the details regarding specific dress codes if any for any particular venue. If you don’t obey the dress code your visit may get cancelled.
  • You should respect the time of the venue service providers and other clients. Arrive at your venue in the assigned time slot before 30 minutes. If you arrive late your activity may get cancelled.
  • If you have any medical conditions you should convey that to us prior so that we can talk with the venue experts for arranging your activities accordingly.
  • Every other extra expense you make during your stay should be paid by you. 

3. Making a booking

Booking can be done via online methods or by booking a call with our experts in India. The person who is making the booking should be at least 18 years of age. The one who makes the bookings is responsible for knowing all the guidelines related to the booking.

  • For bookings in India, you are subject to making full payment at once which would be non-refundable. Also, you need to pay a deposit as per the booking terms.
  • For international bookings, you need to pay a deposit fee according to different venues and the total number of members accompanying you.
  • For group bookings in India, you must pay a deposit fee  as per the booking terms before the visit.

4. Payments

You need to complete your payment within the due date or else your booking may either get cancelled. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit, and debit cards.

5. Booking Online

Online bookings are possible. However, online bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Thus, care must be taken while booking a venue online.

6. Price of your booking

All the prices mentioned on our site are per person charges for a double occupancy room for a single night. You can change these criteria according to your wants and the total amount will pop up at the end.

7. Booking confirmation

Once the payment is done successfully, you will receive a confirmation mail on your registered mail id. However, in case of any discrepancies let us know immediately so that we can look for technical glitches if any.

8. Enjoying your wellness experience

9. Our descriptions

  • We offer three types of venues- leisure break, hotel spa break, and health spa.
  • The leisure break venue has special facilities for leisure activities with little focus on spa treatments.
  • Hotel wellness Ayurveda venues are filled with unique and exquisite accommodation but not many treatments are health-oriented.

10. Important information

  • Any damage caused to the venue by you or your fellow members is subject to liability charges by you.
  • For any specific dietary requirements like allergies, you should convey them to us prior.

11. Cancellation and amendments

  • You can opt for requisite amendments by paying a fess, if applicable.
  • If your booking is done via voucher or is partly confirmed then the amount is non-refundable.
  • If the request is made within the first 35 days of the booking then we can assist you in cancellation.
  • If you show up late for any activity your booking may be subject to cancellation.
  • All refunds will be directed to the same bank account or credit/debit card with which the payment was made.

12. Enforced legislative price changes

The prices of the fare can change according to dynamic pricing and availabilities.

13. Vouchers

  • We are liable for fulfilling the contract voucher, not the services associated with the same.
  • Vouchers should be redeemed online only.
  • Purchasing a voucher doesn’t confirm your booking. For booking, you must contact us via email or phone.
  • Expiry dates for all vouchers are mentioned on them.
  • If a venue has cancelled your booking then, you can use the same voucher to book a different venue.

14. Passports, visas, and health requirements

For any specific health condition, you should get consent from your physician. Other than that you are solely responsible for proper carrying and placing of your passports, visas, and other immigrant documents.

15. Insurance

Even if you wish to drop your plan at the last moment, you are still applicable for paying the full payment. Therefore, you must have a backup option for any insurance cover.

16. Data and privacy policy

17. Special requests and medical conditions

Although we can’t guarantee you the response from every venue it is still better that you let us know of any medical conditions or special requests if any. This way we can try to make the necessary arrangements for you.

18. Complaints

We are booking agents for different venues we offer. Therefore, any complaint regarding your stay at the venue will be forwarded to the area supervisor of the venue. For booking-related complaints, you can mail us the same at customerservice@WellnessAyur.com

19. Liability

We are solely responsible for making your bookings for different venues. We do not entertain any other queries. However, if you face any booking-related issues or other mishaps regarding the venue then, you can contact us.

20. Changes to Websites and Brochures

Our websites and brochures are under the control of the organization. Therefore, we can constantly update our content accordingly. However, your data remains safe with us on our database.

21. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not in charge of any sort of event occurring beyond our physical control. We can’t be responsible for any sort of act of God, war, natural calamity, or any other event that acts as a hindrance to the booking. However, if the centre allotted to you isn’t meeting your expectations then, we can work it out accordingly.

22. Governing Law

Every detail regarding your booking and every event happening during the same are all subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi courts in India.

23. Book with confidence guarantee

If you have made bookings during pre-covid times then, you can reschedule your dates to new ones without additional expenses. However, if you cancel some seats then you are subject to a regular cancellation fee structure.
